Child Safety Standards
Last updated: July 14, 2026
1. Scope and Applicability
This document sets out the Child Safety Standards for Reshare PRO (published on Google Play by IYIA), and the associated services offered by IYIA under the "Repost PRO" brand across iOS, desktop, and web (collectively, the "Service").
These standards apply to every user of the Service and to every piece of content that transits through, is displayed by, or is downloaded via the Service.
2. Zero-Tolerance Policy on Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Reshare PRO and IYIA explicitly and strictly prohibit Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), in every form.
The following are prohibited without exception on our Service:
- Any sexual, sexualized, or exploitative content involving a minor (any person under the age of 18)
- Grooming behavior, sextortion, or solicitation of a minor
- Sharing, downloading, storing, promoting, glorifying, or facilitating the distribution of CSAM
- Links or references directing users to CSAM located elsewhere
- Any real, cartoon, AI-generated, or otherwise synthetic depiction of a minor in a sexual context
- Impersonation of a minor for the purpose of exploitation
Users who engage in any of the above will be permanently removed from the Service, and their content and identifiers preserved as required by law for reporting to the competent authorities.
3. In-App Feedback and Reporting Mechanism
Reshare PRO includes a built-in feedback mechanism that any user can access at any time by tapping the Settings icon (⚙️) in the top bar of the home screen and then Share Feedback. This opens a pre-filled email addressed to our safety team.
Users can additionally report suspected CSAE or CSAM through:
- The in-app Share Feedback button described above
- Direct email to our child safety point of contact (see Section 7)
- The Google Play Store reporting flow on the Reshare PRO listing page
All reports are treated as high priority. We commit to reviewing every CSAE-related report within 24 hours of receipt.
4. How We Handle Suspected CSAM
When we become aware — through an internal check, a user report, or an automated signal — of suspected CSAM on the Service:
- Immediate removal: the content is removed from any surface controlled by IYIA as soon as the report is validated.
- Account termination: the associated account and any linked identifiers are permanently disabled.
- Evidence preservation: we preserve the reported material, metadata, and identifiers required by law for the shortest necessary period, in secure and access-restricted storage.
- Reporting to authorities: we report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and cooperate with any competent law enforcement authority in the user's jurisdiction, in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and equivalent international obligations.
- No repeat access: once a violating account is terminated, we take reasonable measures to prevent the same actor from re-registering.
5. Nature of the Service and Structural Safeguards
Reshare PRO is a personal content-management utility that lets a user download or repost public media they have the right to share. The app has a fundamentally different risk profile from a social network:
- No user-generated uploads. Users cannot upload, publish, or share content to Reshare PRO. There is no feed, no profile, no chat, no comment section, and no user-to-user messaging surface.
- No content hosting. IYIA does not store user-uploaded media. Reshare PRO fetches public media from upstream platforms on the user's device on demand; the media is never persisted on IYIA servers.
- Downstream of moderated platforms. Every piece of media accessible through Reshare PRO originates from a public post on Instagram or TikTok. Both platforms operate mature Trust & Safety programs — including PhotoDNA hash-matching, automated classifiers, and human review — that detect and remove CSAM before it becomes publicly visible. As a result, the structural probability that CSAM reaches an end user via Reshare PRO is extremely low: any such content would have to first evade the source platform's own safeguards.
- Public-content-only by design. Reshare PRO cannot access private accounts, closed communities, direct messages, or non-public stories, which further reduces the exposure surface.
Notwithstanding these structural safeguards, we treat CSAE and CSAM with a zero-tolerance stance. In the rare event that a suspected item is reported to us, it is handled per Section 4 and escalated to the originating platform's Trust & Safety team so it can be removed at source.
6. Compliance with Applicable Law
Reshare PRO and IYIA comply with all applicable child-safety laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- The Google Play Child Safety Standards policy
- The U.S. 18 U.S.C. § 2258A mandatory CSAM reporting obligation
- The EU Regulation 2021/1232 on the voluntary detection and reporting of CSAM by online services
- The UK Online Safety Act 2023, where applicable
- Local child-protection laws in the jurisdictions where the Service is made available
7. Child Safety Point of Contact
